Sandy Mollett is a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) and the Founder & CEO of Equal Footing LLC (WBE, WOSB, LGBTBE). She is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Corporate Consultant, Speaker, Moderator, Panelist and Thought Leader/Partner. Sandy served as Senior Vice President, Chief Operations and Controls Officer for First Data’s Network and Security Solutions organization where she led some of their largest strategic initiatives(>$50M).
She was instrumental in developing and sponsoring their corporate Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and revising corporate policies that included anti-discrimination, gender orientation and identity, gender neutral parental benefits and gender affirming benefits. Sandy served as President of the OUT Georgia Business Alliance from 2018 to 2019. She is currently a member of the City of Atlanta (Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms’) LGBTQ Advisory Board. She also serves on the Discover Dekalb Convention & Visitors' Bureau (DCVB) Board of Directors, Georgia Equality Board of Directors and United Way of Greater Atlanta Board of Directors. She is a trusted startup and CTO advisor(currently with CapitalG and Techstars), Girls Who Code instructor, tech and career speaker, hackathon mentor and judge, and board advisor at Pace University School of CSIS.
