Privacy Statement
This Privacy Policy covers how we treat Personal Data that we gather when you access or use our Service. “Personal Data” means any information that identifies or relates to a particular individual and also includes information referred to as “personally identifiable information” or “personal information” under applicable data privacy laws, rules, or regulations This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of companies we don’t own or control or people we don’t manage.

All the information collected about job candidates is used to assist companies and recruiting professionals to better source and place candidates.

We will only use the information which we collect about you lawfully and in a fair manner in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We use personal information to:

1. Manage your application including to evaluate your skills for your suitability for a client’s role; communicate with you about your interest in a client’s role, your stage in the recruiting process and roles and events that we believe may interest you; operate and manage our recruiting tools and processes, including our registration portals.

2. Improve our recruiting processes and tools, including to enhance our software and tools and understanding market conditions such as compensation, hiring, and benefits practices;

3. Conduct data analytics and reporting to monitor, test, and enhance the effectiveness of our recruiting processes and tools, and identify trends, in areas including market conditions such as compensation, hiring, and benefits practices, and representation of underrepresented populations;

4. Keep records of our recruiting processes and tools; and Protect our systems and business interests and comply with law, including to comply with applicable legal and other requirements; meet record keeping and reporting obligations; conduct audits; comply with law enforcement and similar requests in accordance with law; pursue legal rights and remedies; defend litigation and managing any internal complaints or claims; and comply with internal policies and procedures.

Your Information and Rights:

You can request access to your personal information, or correct or update out-of-date or inaccurate personal information we hold about you. You may also request that we delete personal information that we hold about you. You can object to processing of your personal information, ask us to restrict processing of your personal information or request portability of your personal information. If we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time, withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent; you have the right to complain to a data protection authority about our collection and use of your personal information.
